The FCS Solutions China team proudly joined the TravelDaily Conference 2025 in Shanghai for the first time, marking a milestone at one of China’s most influential tourism and hospitality events. With over 1,800 attendees, the two-day event was filled with forums, panels, and guest sessions covering market shifts, sector-specific innovations, and the trends shaping the next era of hospitality. At Booth 21, our team—Christina Zhang, Irving Xue, Sam Hu, Caroline Meng, Sharon Hu, and James Wang—met with hoteliers and industry peers to explore how FCS1 solutions are transforming hotel operations, enhancing efficiency, and preparing properties for the future. 👏 Special thanks to the TravelDaily organizers for delivering a world-class platform, and to all who connected with us in Shanghai. Highlights included Breakfast Attendance, Concierge, and Inspection Task, all designed to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
