The event gathered IT professionals from leading properties including Andara Resort & Villas, Rosewood Bangkok, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, and Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort, creating a strong regional platform for exchanging operational insights and real-world challenges in hotel technology management.
