FCS Solutions and Alcatel-Lucent Bring Cafe Talk to Koh Samui

FCS Solutions continued its Cafe Talk series in Thailand in collaboration with Alcatel-Lucent, bringing together 20 key decision-makers from Samui’s hospitality sector at the Grande Room at W Koh Samui. The session explored how communication technology and automated workflows can support hotel operations and enhance service delivery. During the session, Alcatel-Lucent shared insights into Cloud PABX and AI Virtual Operator technology. Papatchaya Supatamarat from FCS Solutions presented the company’s hospitality solutions, including In-Room Guest Services (IRGS), vRequest, Voicemail, and Call Accounting. The discussions highlighted how hotel communication solutions can help streamline workflows and support more connected guest services. FCS Solutions extends its appreciation to everyone who participated and to Alcatel-Lucent for its continued partnership. IHEAP 2026 Golf Tournament

FCS Solutions joined business leaders, hospitality professionals, and industry partners at the Integrated Hotel Engineers Association of the Philippines (IHEAP) 2026 Golf Tournament, held at the Philippine Navy Golf Course. The event brought the hospitality community together for networking and friendly competition, with proceeds supporting IHEAP’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects. As a Minor Tournament Sponsor, FCS Solutions was represented by Maria Luisa Bernabe, who finished as 2nd Runner-Up in the Class C Division and also took home a raffle prize. Her achievement added to a memorable day that combined sportsmanship, professional networking, and support for a meaningful cause. FCS Solutions extends its appreciation to IHEAP President Mr Paul Gorgollo and the organising team for bringing the industry together for this initiative. The tournament highlighted the value of strong industry relationships and collective efforts to give back to the community.

FCS Solutions gathered in Seoul, South Korea, for the annual FCS Group Sales & Management Conference 2026, uniting executive leadership, regional heads, and global sales teams to evaluate yearly performance, review product roadmaps, and align strategic initiatives heading into 2027. Over several days of collaborative sessions, teams explored market trends, discussed regional growth strategies for FCS1, and addressed how to better support hotel partners worldwide through connected technology. The conference also highlighted team culture and cross-border synergy with an energetic Squid Game-themed team-building challenge across the city, concluding a productive summit with shared momentum for the coming year.
