FCS Solutions gathered in Seoul, South Korea, for the annual FCS Group Sales & Management Conference 2026, uniting executive leadership, regional heads, and global sales teams to evaluate yearly performance, review product roadmaps, and align strategic initiatives heading into 2027. Over several days of collaborative sessions, teams explored market trends, discussed regional growth strategies for FCS1, and addressed how to better support hotel partners worldwide through connected technology. The conference also highlighted team culture and cross-border synergy with an energetic Squid Game-themed team-building challenge across the city, concluding a productive summit with shared momentum for the coming year.

FCS Solutions joined the Hilton Southeast Asia Engineering Workshop, connecting with regional engineering leaders and approximately 50 Chief Engineers from across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Maldives, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Laos to discuss the modernization of hotel maintenance and engineering workflows. A key highlight of the workshop was a dedicated session led by Karen Bey and Lynn Yong, who shared insights into how hotel engineering has evolved and the operational advantages achieved when teams move beyond manual spreadsheets to real-time digital visibility. Alongside team members Philip Lee, Steven Gow, Peter Tan, Yee Chan Chen, and Elino Jumari, FCS Solutions engaged directly with engineering leadership to showcase how FCS1 automates preventive maintenance, streamlines work orders, and connects engineering with guest-facing departments. FCS Solutions participated in Unlocking Hospitality’s Future 2026 in Pattaya, Thailand, organized by JW Plus. At Booth 1, our team connected with hotel owners, operators, and IT and Engineering professionals across the region to explore how intelligent automation and connected technology drive operational efficiency. A key highlight was the panel discussion, “Future-Ready PABX and Cloud Technology,” where Papatchaya Supatamarat represented FCS Solutions alongside leaders from Alcatel-Lucent, GreenCloud Software, and Carmen Hotel Financial Software. The session explored the industry transition toward cloud architectures, spotlighting how FCS Armbox and FCS1 IRGS modernize telephony, eliminate communication silos, and enhance staff response times property-wide.
