Every session, from product feedback to sales strategy, was centered on how we can deliver greater value and smarter solutions for the hospitality industry. Beyond business, this gathering is also about people. By flying everyone in, we created the space to connect, collaborate, and celebrate milestones together, reinforcing the relationships that power our growth. FCS Solutions and Alcatel-Lucent recently partnered with the IT Phu Quoc Association, bringing together IT Managers from leading hotels in Phu Quoc, including Best Western, InterContinental, Regent, New World, Novotel, Green Bay Phu Quoc, Selavia Phu Quoc, and Wyndham. Highlights included Breakfast Attendance, Concierge, and Inspection Task, all designed to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience. The comprehensive FCS1 ecosystem, covering every aspect of hotel operations, left a lasting impression and sparked strong interest in future collaboration.

The FCS Solutions China team proudly joined the TravelDaily Conference 2025 in Shanghai for the first time, marking a milestone at one of China’s most influential tourism and hospitality events. With over 1,800 attendees, the two-day event was filled with forums, panels, and guest sessions covering market shifts, sector-specific innovations, and the trends shaping the next era of hospitality.
