FCS Solutions and Alcatel-Lucent recently partnered with the IT Phu Quoc Association, bringing together IT Managers from leading hotels in Phu Quoc, including Best Western, InterContinental, Regent, New World, Novotel, Green Bay Phu Quoc, Selavia Phu Quoc, and Wyndham. Highlights included Breakfast Attendance, Concierge, and Inspection Task, all designed to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience. The comprehensive FCS1 ecosystem, covering every aspect of hotel operations, left a lasting impression and sparked strong interest in future collaboration.

The FCS Solutions China team proudly joined the TravelDaily Conference 2025 in Shanghai for the first time, marking a milestone at one of China’s most influential tourism and hospitality events. With over 1,800 attendees, the two-day event was filled with forums, panels, and guest sessions covering market shifts, sector-specific innovations, and the trends shaping the next era of hospitality. At Booth 21, our team—Christina Zhang, Irving Xue, Sam Hu, Caroline Meng, Sharon Hu, and James Wang—met with hoteliers and industry peers to explore how FCS1 solutions are transforming hotel operations, enhancing efficiency, and preparing properties for the future. 👏 Special thanks to the TravelDaily organizers for delivering a world-class platform, and to all who connected with us in Shanghai. Bali came alive with innovation as FCS Solutions joined the Marriott In-Market IT Workshop 2025 at the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The event brought together IT Cluster Leaders from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Maldives, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands for three days of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Agnes Putri, Commercial Director Indonesia, presented “Beyond Service Excellence: Creating Hospitality Intelligence with FCS1”, sparking discussions on how AI and technology can unlock smarter hotel operations. Meanwhile, Kim Staughton, Commercial Director Australia, New Zealand, and The Pacific, and Agnes reconnected with industry peers and engaged new contacts eager to explore FCS1 solutions. The FCS booth was buzzing with energy, facilitating hands-on experiences and meaningful conversations. On August 22, 2025, over 50 hospitality leaders including IT managers, GMs, C-level executives, and owners gathered in Chiang Mai for Unlocking the New Era of Smart Hospitality 2025. FCS Solutions returned to Four Points by Sheraton Linkou Taipei for another Marriott IT Workshop, we introduced Marriott teams in Taiwan to FCS1 Call Accounting, FCS1 Voicemail, and the FCS1 Gateway. These solutions are designed to enhance communication, safeguard hotel operations, and improve overall efficiency. Giving Marriott teams the right tools to deliver seamless guest experiences.

"Artificial Intelligence for Enhancing Service Business in Tourism and Hospitality” organized by the Executive Housekeeping Association Thailand. The seminar sessions explored AI's transformative role in housekeeping operations from predictive maintenance to intelligent inventory management. The innovation showcase provided valuable networking opportunities with industry.​
